Felt garage roof, lead flashing and uPVC facias installed to a very high standard. Delighted with the teams courtesy, speed of working. Kept fully informed re day of installation. A significant cost saving was made since the existing marine ply boards were judged to be excellent. Two other quotes did not even check the boards. Such integrity is rare these days. House number was installed as a freebie on the garage facia front door of house is below street level. A nice touch highly recommended.

During the recent rainstorms we experienced the misfortune to find that the dorman exstention to our house was leaking rain water into the front bedroom. I required urgent roofing repairs services. I had used lakeland roofing services previously on two occasions for garage roof replacements and had been extremely satisfied with their work.
